Food Processing Engineering
We design and build complete systems for the production of fresh, dry, filled and pre-cooked pasta, gnocchi, and lasagna, ensuring total control of the process, from mixing to final stabilization.
Across the board, the same design expertise is applied to spirals and tunnels for the continuous thermal processing of baked goods, meat, fruit, vegetables, and dairy products, as well as to highly technical non-food applications.
