SARP is an Italian company specialized in the design and construction of industrial plants for continuous heat treatment and food production. Founded in 1986 and led by the same family since the beginning, the company has built over time a wealth of technical expertise that combines industrial experience, constant study of processes, and strong direct responsibility toward its clients.
Our story began in the pasta machinery sector, where we developed solid expertise in managing process parameters. From this technical foundation, a broader specialization in continuous heat treatment engineering has evolved over time, now applied to numerous sectors of food processing.

40+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD OF TECHNOLOGIES
SARP was born more than 40 years ago in the world of pasta.
The idea was to serve the foodservice market for pasta and, with Jolly Chef as the first press, the goal was achieved. But the project was not already defined in that way; there was still the desire not to stop and to build a path over time, working every day in close contact with real requests and processes.
At the beginning, they were machines for small-scale production. Then, little by little, the way of looking at them changed.
We began to see what was behind them: the variables that influence the product, the balances to be maintained, the conditions that make the difference between a correct result and one that remains stable over time.
From there, everything else was born.
The move into continuous heat treatments was not a change of direction, but a natural evolution. The same approach was applied in different contexts, with different products, and with increasingly complex needs.
Over time, technologies, markets, and products have changed.
But the way of working has not changed: observing, understanding, intervening with precision.

Division dedicated to machines for the production of dry and fresh pasta and ready meals, with complete lines that include pressing, cooking, pasteurization, cooling, and freezing.
Spiral and tunnel solutions for the bakery and pastry sector, with systems for proofing, cooling, and freezing designed for high-capacity industrial production.
Systems for the thermal processing of food products, with particular expertise in pasteurization and cooling processes for packaged, pouch, and hot-filled products.
Thermal processing technologies for non-food applications, dedicated in particular to viscous materials and products in the cosmetic, chemical, and topical pharmaceutical sectors.
