Designed to handle with the same effectiveness stuffed pasta, sheeted pasta, gnocchi, rice, and vegetables, these industrial cookers allow the temperature and treatment time to be set with extreme precision. The result is an increase in the quantity produced in less time, always ensuring the excellence of the final product.

Thermal Efficiency
The innovation of the Sarp cooker lies in the advanced energy-saving recirculation system. The water used for washing the product is recovered and reintroduced into the cooking cycle through a heat exchanger and a network of pipes equipped with a self-cleaning system. This architecture not only optimizes water and energy consumption, but also makes it possible to simultaneously manage Cooling and Washing zones (with temperatures up to 13°C), maintaining product integrity and increasing the overall efficiency of the line.
