What is the Freezing Tunnel
Bakeflex freezing tunnels are the ideal solution for products that require rapid thermal reduction but cannot be processed on spiral systems because of their delicacy. The horizontal design ensures that each product remains perfectly flat, eliminating mechanical stress or structural deformation.
Inside the machine, the environment is insulated and the temperature can drop to as low as -40°C, instantly locking in the organoleptic characteristics. Thanks to the multi-level configuration, the tunnel offers combined treatments, achieving high production capacities while maintaining a linear and compact layout.
